Are your watches authentic?

Yes. Every watch we sell is 100% authentic and inspected prior to sale. We do not sell replicas, aftermarket, or counterfeit items. If there are any aftermarket parts it will always be disclosed.5
Have the watches been serviced?

Do your watches come with box and papers?
Service history is disclosed when known. If a watch has not been recently serviced, this will be noted in the listing. How fast do you ship/Do you ship insured?

All orders ship same or next day as payment is cleared. Overnight shipping is included in the price posted. All shipments are fully insured until delivery.Do you charge sales tax?

If you are a Texas resident, sales tax is required by law. This varies by listing. Each product description clearly states what is included (box, papers, warranty card, etc.).-
To initiate a return, the following steps must be followed:
Request Authorization
Contact Watches in Houston within 3 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

Once approved, return instructions will be provided. The watch must be shipped back to us within 7 days of delivery.Packaging Requirements
All returns must be shipped using secure, insured, and trackable shipping and must include:The timepiece
Original inner and outer boxes
All accessories, links, straps, buckles, tags, protective stickers, manuals, warranty cards, boxes, and documentation included in the original shipment
Items must be returned in the exact condition received. Watches that show signs of wear, resizing, damage, or tampering are not eligible for return.
Inspection & Refunds
Once received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Please allow up to 5–7 business days for refund processing after approval.

A full refund will be issued provided that:
The return request is submitted within the required timeframe
The watch is returned in original, unaltered condition
All included items and accessories are present
Shipping costs are non‑refundable, unless the item was misrepresented.
Final sale items, customized pieces, or resized watches are not eligible for return.

Canada: Canadian customers follow the same return policy as U.S. customers.
All Other International Orders: International buyers may return eligible purchases; however, the buyer is responsible for:
Return shipping costs
Any customs duties, taxes, or brokerage fees incurred
Watches in Houston does not reimburse customs fees or taxes for international shipments.

If a watch includes an active manufacturer warranty, it will be honored according to the manufacturer’s terms and transferability. Otherwise, watches are sold as‑is unless stated otherwise in the listing.
